Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Rancho Bernardo

Did not use all facilities. Rooms are nice. We got connecting rooms, gave us opportunity to spend quality time with grand kids. One small thing but needs to be fixed quickly. None of the USB chargers for phones work

We had a great stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, we were given free breakfast vouchers for the buffet, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was impressive—plenty of fresh fruit, juices, toast, bacon, eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. Everything was and well-stocked. Breakfast potatoes were not good though. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the jets in the hot tub weren’t working during our visit. One thing I didn’t love was the strong air freshener used in the lobby. As someone sensitive to scents, it was a bit overwhelming, and I could see it being a challenge for anyone with sensory issues. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we appreciated the thoughtful touches and cleanliness. We’d definitely consider staying again.

The hotel and rooms are nice aside from the shower handle. It was broken and took me a moment to get it turned off my first night. The service was lovely and everything was very clean. I didn't enjoy paying for parking when there is no clear parking lot for the hotel as it blends with other businesses. The service at the restaurant was great.

In room A/C is kinda loud, which makes jet lag fights a bit challenging. Staff is happy and professional to help out on all kinds of questions. Early breakfast is appreciated

I travel a lot for work. We were getting into town a little early for check in so we thought we would see if rooms were available early. We went to the front desk and i just mentioned that I had 3 rooms reserved and the young lady at the counter said my last name without me mentioning it and I had made the reservation a couple days before. These are the small things that matter to me! Traveling for work and being away from family is already difficult but having someone who cares enough about there job to remember names makes you feel like you're home. This place is clean and the staff is top notch. I will definitely be back again!

This is now my third stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it continues to be my go-to spot for a reason. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the prices are great, and the central location makes everything so convenient. My most recent stay was made exceptional thanks to Stephanie. She was absolutely incredibly and went above and beyond to care for us. Everything was taken care of with patience and she accommodated us better than I could have ever asked. Her kind energy and professionalism made a lasting impact and were very grateful for her care. I also want to shoutout Marley for being just as welcoming and accommodating! She’s so friendly and has a wonderful way of being inviting to each guest. I had called prior to reserving to ask questions and she was prompt, attentive and kind. This too left a lasting impression and made my family feel at ease. Between the amazing staff and comfortable hotel, I will continue to keep coming back. So thankful for the staff taking great care of us!

Stabdard Hilton quality, spacious rooms . All very clean AND nice moderno design. Place Is a little dar from things but I Guess if you need to stay there due to business Is ok.

We had such a great and comfortable stay here! Marley at the front desk was super kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. Really enjoyed the experience and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
